The hay grown just for bunnies!

This is a softer, sweeter hay grown for the particular tastes and smaller mouths of house rabbits. This is a combination of sweet orchard grass and Eastern Timothy hay, blended at seeding to deliver the most flavorful taste to bunnies. Our hay smells, well, different. It smells "candied". But it is not. We do not add sugar or flavors to our hay. Unlike most hays, this is an Eastern Timothy hay that is grown with the orchard grass to create an amazing blend of sweet flavor and scent

Our farms are small. In fact, the small fields that are growing the Crazy Tasty Hay®  are separated from the other hay fields by trees. We do not have hundreds of acres of "feed hay" growing. We have a very limited number of fields that are designated exclusively for our Crazy Tasty Hay for bunnies. Unlike "feed hay" that is used to feed large farm animals, we have leaves! Our bunnies (the taste testers) enjoy foraging around for the sweetest pieces and delight in finding a crunchy leaf. Rabbit parents know how their bunnies love to crunch on dried leaves, in fact, they are referred to as "bunny potato chips". So we chose not to remove the leaves. If this were a generic, mass-produced "feed hay", it might have it's leaves removed to please the eyes of the human choosing the hay. But not our Crazy Tasty. This hay is just for bunnies!

This size is Medium and contains 24 ounces of Crazy Tasty Hay.

Please note: If you have been feeding your bunnies generic, store-bought hay, be careful when setting this hay down until they are accustomed to it. We are receiving reports of bunnies lunging at the hay thinking it is a treat due to the aroma. This is why it's named "Crazy Tasty". Again, our hay is NOT sweetened by anything other than Mother Nature.
